I. Aquatico Pools (The Contractor) will provide the Client with a five year warranty from the date of final payment on all workmanship provided by the Contractor to the Client. For this warranty to remain valid the Client must hire the Contractor at an industry standard rate to perform yearly pool closings. The Contractor will not be liable for any damage that may occur if the pool is winterized by a third party or the Client.

II. Extraordinary wear is not covered by this warranty. The owner's abuse, neglect or failure to perform recommended maintenance procedures as stated in any and all owner’s manuals will void this warranty.

III. Latham steel pool kits comes with a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. Latham vinyl liners come with a manufacturer’s limited 25 year warranty. The Latham winter cover comes with a manufacturer’s limited

warranty for 15 years. The Contractor only warranties the proper installation of such products.

IV. No warranties, whether from the Contractor or manufacturer, will be awarded if any part of the Contract is broken by the  Client including but not limited to failure to complete the payment schedule in full and on time.

V. This warranty does not include work performed or damaged cause by any subcontractors (electrician, gas fitter, geotechnical, concrete finishers, etc.) hired by the Contractor or the Client.
